Your purchase contains proprietary material that is owned by , or licensed by Amalia Calligraphy. This material may include design, layout, look, text, image, appearance or graphics. You cannot use this product, or any part of it for commercial purposes, just for personal use.

Personally information will not be sold to outside parties, except from information required by law.

The work flow is described in How We Work Section and noted here as well. Years of experience led us to an easy and successful ordering process. Here are all the steps resumed. Below you’ll find as well a detailed process.

  1. Contact for availability and quotation.
  2. Fill-in-form /mail for detalies, styles, colors etc.
  3. Personalised quotation.
  4. Order confirmation.
  5. Payment for the non-refundable design and text fee through direct bank transfer. If you already have the texts,provide them to us.
  6. You receive the proposals in 3-5 business days.
  7. Once you have chosen the design, a non-refundable 50% deposit is requiredfor booking and   start manufacturing your items.
  8. Proof approval.
  9. Work in progress.
  10. The rest of the balance is dued in order to deliver your items.

For all orders that imply calligraphy the process is described below. First, contact us for availability and quotation.  In order to begin you  have a fill-in-form to complete, so we can find out more about your event –date, items needed, colors, textures. If you don’t like this method, we can always   communicate via e-mail or phone. If you need text creation as well, give us the information needed.  This way we can give you a personalized quotation . After you have your quotation  we need your confirmation for the order. We’ll start with the design, after paying the fee for this stage.The design fee is included in the total balance. Please note that for us, the creation is just one step of the work. At this point you can send us your texts. If you want us to do the texts, give us some more details, to include this in your quotation as well. In 3-5 business days we’ll send you 2-3 proposals ,meaning pictures of the models and  you pick one of them.  You will receive pictures of the proposals in order for you to choose , not a file in an electronic format in order for you to print. At this point a non-refundable  50% deposit is required for booking . Then you will approve the design and text.  Then we start manufacturing each of your items, that should be ready in 3-6 weeks, or at the date booked. The remaining balance will be required to pay at the finishing of the project, in order to send you your items.

If an order is canceled we must be payed in full for the any work in progress or done.

It is very important to check the proofs carefully, as the responsibility for the content is yours. When your final proof is approved , you accept responsibility for any errors. It is ok to correct mistakes several times, until the text is perfect.  You can even ask somebody else to double check the text.  We do not bear cots for redesign or remaking and shipping the order due to any errors that have been approved, nor a refund be issued. You can use this Proof Checklist to be sure you verify all aspects.  If any error or omission occurs  of our fault, we assume that and correct, for no extra charge.

Please note that since devices and displays can be very different, the colors you see online should be considered approximate. Each invitation will be in its way unique, hand lettering or flourishing  being unable to look exactly the same on two different items.

Also please take in consideration that each item is handmade, which mean that no stroke can be identical to some other. The invitations will be very much alike, but not identical.

Delivery will be quoted individually by weight.  Amalia Calligraphy is not responsible for damage caused to your stationery after it leaves our design studio.  We mean damage during delivery and subsequent posting to guests.

Amalia Calligraphy provides all stationary . We only make refunds and exchanges if goods are faulty. Any faults should be relayed in writing within 3 days after receiving your order and the complete stationery is refund to us entirely, packed securely so to avoid damage of all kind during transportation. Amalia Calligrafy offers the refund paid for faulty items only if unable to correct or replace.

Projects booked and not ready to start at the scheduled time will be rescheduled for the next available time , carry a rush time fee or taken off the calendar, thereby the design fee will not be refund.

All sales are final. Please note that our correspondence  via e-mail and fill-in-forms that our site generates will prove your approval for design, order, texts , delivery address or other changes made throughout  the process of creating and manufacturing your bespoke items. We cannot be held responsible for your misunderstanding of Terms and Conditions or for slight color difference dued to different screens or devices.
